biography
Richard Barsotti was born in Rahway, NJ in 1948. Graduate of Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees. Since 1985 he has lived in Vermont on the border of the Northeast Kingdom. He taught high school Physics, Chemistry and Biology from introductory to calculus-based levels. He left teaching in June of 2000 to begin fulltime motorcycle restoration. Wasted Spark Motorcycles is located in a one-hundred-eleven year old house renovated for that purpose; to date, he has 24 years experience.
